He is survived by: his children, Michael Evans (Shelby) of Spring Hills, FL and Megan Evans of Cape Coral; his siblings, Debbie Evans, Laura Ringland (John) of Cape Coral, Howard Evans (Linda) of Langhorne, PA, David Evans of Owensboro, KY, Victoria Thanos (late Mark) of Valparaiso, IN, Daniel Evans of Cape Coral and Constance Jenkins (William) of Merrillville, IN; and his grandchildren, Adrianna and Anthony. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces and nephews.
