He is survived by: his wife Diane Perry; his children, Tonia Perry of Spencer, James Perry, Jr. of Wooster, Brandon Perry (Christina) of Cape Coral, Henry Perry (Alicia) of Cape Coral and Johnathon Perry (Kristen) of Cape Coral, Florida; his siblings, Joyce Perry of Creston, Ohio, Donald Perry (Vicki) of Indianapolis, Larry Perry (Candy) of Indiana and Guy Tom Perry (Laurie) of Bradenton, Florida; and his mother-in-law Laverne (James). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
