He is survived by: his wife April Lafferman; his daughters, Madelyn and Scarlett; his parents, Michael Crosby and Christina Marley; his siblings, Jessica Fish and David Crosby (Katherine); his parents-in-law, Michele Fielder (Don) and Michael Lafferman (Bonnie); and his brother-in-law DJ Fielder. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends.
