He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Scribner and Virginia Scribner (Shoot); and his brothers, Jerry and James Scribner. He is survived by: his wife Kandy (Hobbs); his children, Mary Scribner of Colorado, Laural Scribner of Oklahoma and Cory Scribner of Cape Coral; his stepdaughter Jamie Henry of Colorado; and his siblings, Joyce Wilson, Janet Bough of Charleston, IL, Jackie Butler of Mattoon, IL and Jay Scribner of Branson, MO.. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grand children.
