He was predeceased by: his parents, Justus Browning and Adelyn Browning (Lockhart); his wife Sandra (Burkholder); his son Judd Lockhart Browning; and his siblings, Robert W. Browning (Pete) and Joan Anderson.
He is survived by: his son John Coe Browning, Jr. (Nancy); and his grandchildren, Jace and Griffin (Christine). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
