He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Wohlfart and Edna Swan Wohlfart; and his wife Grace Wohlfart. He is survived by: his children, John Frederick Wohlfert (Karen Wohlfert), Thomas Scott Wohlfart (Jane Wohlfart) and Eva Marie Wohlfart Grant (Kelly Grant); his grandson Adam John Wohlfert (AJ); his sister Joan Wendel; and his niece Tracy Baugher.
