He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his mother Patricia Evans; his daughter Aely Evans; and his siblings, Debbie Brown (Steve) of Pennsylvania, Terry Burnett of California, Don Harvey of Florida and Jim Harvey (Tammy) of Alabama. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
