He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew "Nelson" Mazurkiewicz and Mary Mazurkiewicz; and his wife Rosalie. He is survived by: his children, Joseph, Jr. (Sue), Gail Fagan (Greg) and Linda Wendt (William). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; many relatives; and numerous friends.
