He is survived by: his wife Carole Perrine; his children, Lisa Bille-House (Walter) of Lakewood and Joseph Bille (Theresa); and his brother Daniel Perrine (Pamela). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
