She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas W. and Dorothy M.; her son Steven F. Howard; and her siblings, Thomas Procter, Jr. and Susan P. Sams.
She is survived by : her daughters, Melissa Howard of Cape Coral and Amy Kohlmeier (Stephan) of Cape Coral; her grandchildren, Stephan, Brandon Kohlmeier, Stephanie, Rachel and Jenna Howard; and her great grandchild Grayson Kohlmeier.
