She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland J. Courtemanche and Gladys Courtemanche (Johnson); her brother Bobby; and her nephew RJ Courtemanche. She is survived by: her husband John Powers; her daughter Stephanie of Windsor; her son-in-law Joel Meissner of Ellington; her son J. P.; her daughter-in-law Christine Powers of Enfield; her sister Karen; her brother-in-law Doug Gomez of Hebron; her grandchildren, Peyton Meissner, Jocelyn, Kaydence and Brielle Powers; and her friends, Joann Dombrowski and Carol Fraher.
