He is survived by: his wife Christina McCue of Cape Coral; his daughters, Laura Mullendore of Denver, CO and Danielle Rawers of Austin, TX; his stepson Justin Waldron; his grandchildren, Zachary and Isabella of Austin, AR; his stepson Jason Waldron; his grandchildren, Payton and Preston of Springfield, IL; his sibling's children, Marc Mullendore (Mark Clymer) of Laguna Hills, CA, Daniel Mullendore IV of Livonia, MI and Anna Montgomery (David); his great-nieces, Addison and Zoe of Bath, MI; and his pet Pester.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources or the Friends of Wisconsin State Parks for the maintenance and improvement of Wisconsin's state parks, trails, forests, and recreation areas.
