He is survived by: his wife Jean Mayberry; his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Nikki of Rockford, IL; his daughter Meghan Chasek of Geneseo, IL; his grandchildren, Delaney, Karis Ostrowski, Carson, Abby, Randy Chasek and Nancy Snyder of Missouri; his brother Steve (Jodi); his aunts, Beatrice Hintz and Connie Ostrowski of Kewanee, IL; his mother-in-law Colleen Mayberry of Kewanee, IL; and his sisters-in-law, Noreen Conley (Terry) of Kewanee, IL, Anne Young (Rod) of Annawan, IL, Robin Hembree (Bill) of Severna Park, MD, Kathy McAfee (Raymond) of Springfield, IL and Lorie Jackson (Andy) of Kewanee, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
