He is survived by: his wife Angela Marie Salender (Varner); his sons, Michael Salender, Jr. of Cape Coral, Florida, Austin Salender of Cape Coral, Florida, Christian Salender of Cape Coral, Florida and Tanner Salender of Cape Coral, Florida; his mother Joyce Salender; his sisters, Kimberly Crosby (Brad) and Lori Bucko (Jimmy); his mother-in-law Maryann Varner; and his brothers-in-law, James Varner, Jr. (Stephanie) and Daniel Varner, Sr. (Jackie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
