He is survived by: his wife Nancy Downs of Cape Coral, FL; his children, Robin "Beaner" Tilelli (Matthew) of Cape Coral, FL and Jeff Downs (Tonya) of Cape Coral, FL; his siblings, Tom Downs (Laurie) of McFarland, WI, Sharon Nicholas of Spring Green, WI and Mary Charles of Milwaukee, WI; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Downs of Milwaukee, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
