He was predeceased by: his father Richard E. Agard; and his sister Sheila K. Agard. He is survived by: his mother Jean S. Agard; his siblings, Maureen Amberger, Nancey Agard, Eileen Babcock (Mike), Maryerin Agard Martin (Stephen), Michael, James (Ashley), John and Jack Agard; and his close friend Judy Luis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
