She was predeceased by: her husbands, Alfred Harsch and Fred Schwarz; and her daughter-in-law Deborah Harsch. She is survived by: her children, Mark Harsch and Pamela Palmerton; her sister Jaqueline Case (Alan); and her stepsons, Kent Schwarz (Diane) and Jeffrey Schwarz (Lisa).
In lieu of flowers, Peggy has requested that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Hospice.
