It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. McDowell of Cape Coral, Florida, who passed away on October 24, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McDowell and Gladys McDowell. He is survived by: his wife Florence "Floss" McDowell; his children, Marlene (John Smith) and Gary (Dana Chaika); and his grandchildren, Liam, Mia Chaika and Sean Smith. He is also survived by his family and friends.
