It is with sadness that the passing of Richard Andrew Leung in Cape Coral, Florida is shared. Richard, born on December 19, 1944 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, passed away on September 29, 2026. Richard will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Lillian (Keegan); and his brother William "Bill" Leung. He is survived by: his significant other Elizabeth "Liz" Mansfield; his daughter Pamela Morrison (David); his granddaughter Abigail Morrison; and his brother Paul Leung.
