He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold LeRoy (Chester L. Miller) and Hazel Borup (Kempf); and his wife Anna Higgins. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Alan (Pam) and Rodney Lynn (Ellen); his grandchildren, Brittany, Briana, Melanie and Victor; and his great grandchild Aminata Kallie.
