She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Brazell Sr. and Doraslea Hunter Brazell; her husband Dennis Waters Sr.; and her brothers, Robert Brazell Jr. and Richard Brazell.
She is survived by: her children, Rita Boots, Denise Waters, Sarah Baggett and Dennis Waters Jr.; and her brother John Brazell. She is also survived by extended family including numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Coral Ridge Funeral Home (950 Chiquita Blvd S, Cape Coral, FL 33991). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Coral Ridge Cemetery (950 Chiquita Blvd S, Cape Coral, FL 33991).
