We are sad to announce that, on January 20, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Ruby M. Best of Cape Coral, Florida, born in Jackson, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Malissa Elmira Caldwell and Vernie Adison Caldwell; and her siblings, James Walter, Ruel Ray, Charles Edward, Edna, Vernice "Cookie" and Imogene "Jean".

She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Milligan, Barry Milligan (Rhonda) and Angela Fiore (James); and her grandchildren, Justin, Desiree, Kayla, Brittany, Rebecca, Morgan, Andrew, Brady and Berkley. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to Ruby's favorite charity, Hope Hospice.
