Cuddy of Cape Coral, Florida; her children, Leonard Upham III (Diane), Janiece Upham Piechocki (Sean), Michael Cuddy Jr. and Peter Cuddy (Kristen); and her grandchildren, Jake Piechocki, Nicholas Upham, Max Piechocki, Stella Cuddy, Cameron Cuddy and Reese Cuddy.
