He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wood and Joan Wood (Joyce S. Wood). He is survived by: his wife Marie Friedman; his stepsons, Max (Marykate) and Alex (Sammi); his pets, Bryney and Wynnie; his brothers, Tom Wood (Melinda) and John (Susan); his brother-in-law Mike Basham (Vicki); his siblings' children, Amanda Sims, Casandra Moss, Courtney Dobbs (Andrew), Chrissi Basham, Kandace Kirk (Josh), Lucas Wood (Megan), Jacob (Devon), Jason and Brian Wood; his great-niece Makaila Moss; his goddaughter Emily Pandis; Amelia Wood.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
