He is survived by: his grandson Troy Pereira; his wife Kathleen Thorpe-Holder; and his children, Susan Brown (Ken), Linda Iafe (William), Thomas F. Holder (Joan), Karen Holder, Kathleen Thorpe (Jeff), Coleen Stanaback and Eileen Tarrago (Graciano). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
