He is survived by: his significant other Pamela Lascek (Woytek); his siblings, Terri Carlos and Tim Lascek (Linda); his stepsiblings, Mary Friedman (Michael), Debbie Hawley, Jeff Payne (Leslie), Dan Golden (Debbie) and Don Golden (Cristina); his mother-in-law Patricia Woytek; and his stepmother Kay Lascek.
