He was predeceased by: his mother Beverly Omlor (Creeger). He is survived by: his father Gerry Omlor; his former spouse Kelly Raitz; his children, Eve and Jesse Omlor of Ft. Myers, FL; his stepmother Bonnie Omlor of Fostoria; his brothers, Bryan Omlor (Sue) of Fostoria, Bruce Omlor of Toledo, Kyle Omlor (Holly) of Toledo and Matt Omlor (Jen) of Middlefield, OH; his stepbrother Tony Stanley (Lisa) of Lewis Center, OH; and his sisters, Renee Daniel (Jim) of Sycamore and Nicole Farkasdi (Tony) of Findlay.
