He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin P. Litzsinger and Katie Mooney Litzsinger; and his wife Dona Lucy Follett. He is survived by: his children, Mark Litzsinger, Robin Litzsinger, Heidi Baumann (Jim), Heather Thornton (Patrick), Shawn Stratman (Alan) and Todd Litzsinger (Kiersten).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church of Lake Forest (700 N Sheridan Rd, Lake Forest, IL 60045). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
