He was predeceased by : his parents, Victorino Rivera and Cruz Maria Soto. He is survived by : his wife Porfiria Mercado Rivera; his children, Maritza Rivera Babcock, Rolando Rivera, Abdiel Rivera and Victor Luis Rivera; and his grandchildren, Carmen Maurer, Megan McCoy, Rolando Luis Rivera, Jillian Nicole Rivera and Tatiana Lizette Babcock.
