He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Cerezo; his daughters, Ingrid Elizabeth Cerezo-Rivera, Gisselle Elizabeth Cerezo and Dalimar Octaviani; his grandchildren, Alexandra Elyse, Melissa Gabrielle, Sarah Isabelle, Adrianna Mayliz, Christian X. and Dominic J.; and his sisters, Yolanda, Carmen, Ruby and Debbie. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Richard's honor to Shriners Children's Hospital.
