He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Kelley and Mabel Kelley; and his brothers, Wilbur Kelley, Forest Kelley and Raymond Kelley.
He is survived by : his children, Gina Kelley Montcrieff and Bobbie Jean Long; his wife Regina Kelley; and his children, Deborah Davey and Chris Kelley. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and his 13 great grandchildren.
