He was predeceased by: his parents, Sallie Lee Richardson and Willard Thomas; his wife Yvonne Smith Thomas; his children, Franklin Thomas and Drew Thomas (Tylisa) of Chattahoochee; and his siblings, Jean, Earnest and Lawrence Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Elton Thomas of Chattahoochee, Julia Thomas of Chattahoochee, Jean Thomas of Crestview, Camela Thomas (Joseph) of Chattahoochee, Florida., Tarsya Brown, Veronica Thomas and Terrance Thomas (Shalona); his grandchildren, Jasmine, Candise, Javaris, Calvin, Janesha, Gabrielle, Trillion and Trinity; his great grandchildren, Alycia, Amariah, Syre, Royalty, Jalani, Jamaria and Brielle; his siblings, Victor Thomas (Schiemme) of Orlando, Gail Thomas Dewitt of Orlando and Lenora Montgomery (Curtis) of Chattahoochee, Florida; and his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Jones of Bainbridge, Georgia and Patricia Peterson of Chattahoochee, Florida. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Crawford & Moultry Funeral Home (25 E M. L. K. Jr Blvd, Chattahoochee, FL 32324). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Greater Bethel Missionary Baptist Church (560 W M. L. K. Jr Blvd, Chattahoochee, FL 32324). A burial will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at the Bonnie Hill Cemetery.
