He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Stephens and Martha JoAnne Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Judy LaWanna Stephens; his son Richard Stephens; his daughter-in-law Dea Stephens; his grandchildren, Clara and Collin Stephens; and his brothers, Ronald Stephens and Phillip Stephens.
