She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Holden David and Dorothy Vivian David (Hattaway). She is survived by: her husband Anthony "Tony" B. Phillips of Chiefland; her children, Nathan Phillips (Mandy) of Savannah, Georgia and Erin Phillips (Justin) of Trenton; her grandchildren, Morgan, Isabella, Grayson, Eliza, Luke and LucyJane; and her siblings, Timothy David of Lake Mary and Debi Dame of Sanford.
