He was predeceased by: his parents, Rene Bergeron Sr. and Beatrice Bergeron; and his brother Rene Bergeron Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Alice Bergeron (Girouard); his children, Kathy Tremblay (Paul Tremblay) and Robert Bergeron Jr. (Michele Bergeron); his grandchildren, Kayla Tremblay (Alex Schwirian), Karyn Tremblay (Chase Slaughter), Bobby Bergeron, Amber Bergeron, Nicolas Tremblay and Krysten Tremblay; his great grandchildren, Kennedy Slaughter, Joshua Schwirian, Bradley Schwirian and Oliver Bergeron; and his siblings, Janet Mercier, Norman "Boxer" Bergeron, Louise Christiansen, Darlene Lemieux and Helen Hodgman.
