He was predeceased by: his parents, James Winfred Hall and Wanda Lee Ezell Hall; and his sister Sandi Lawrence. He is survived by: his children, James Hall, Stephen Hall, Jennifer Osteen (Mitch) and Lindsey Williams (Chad); his sister Pam Rowlette; and his grandchildren, Haleigh Williams, Kameron Williams, Bradley Williams, Lailah Hall, Stephen Hall, Jr., Bentley Hall, Noah Hall, Briana Frost and Gary Tyler Frost. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
