She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cole Jr. and Bertha Burch; and her siblings, Ella Mae Varner, Brenda Cole Pacifico and Larry Gene Cole.

She is survived by: her husband Don Hardee; her daughter Janet Hardee Vickers (Darryl); her grandchildren, Bradley Dean Kruise and Mecenzie Nicole McElaney; her great grandchildren, Triston Dean Kruise and Talon Lee Kruise; and her siblings, Gary Wayne Cole (Alice), William Levaughn Cole and Linda Cole Johnson.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Rick Gooding Funeral Home Cross City Chapel (1301 N Young Blvd, Chiefland, FL 32626). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Concord Baptist Church (5551 NW Co Rd 336, Chiefland, FL 32626).
