He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Cason and Gladys Cason; his brother Sammy Cason; his nephew Everett Cason; and his niece Emily Cason.

He is survived by: his brother Donald Cason (Kaye). He is also survived by 2 nieces and 1 nephew.
