He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Elwin Tyo, Jr. and Elizabeth Thelma Tyo (Burnham); and his siblings, Larry, Ronald Tyo and Tina Roux (Tyo).
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Tyo (McCarthy) of Braintree, Massachusetts.; his children, Zandra Rollino, Brenda Beckert (John) of Rochester, Ledith Moore of Rochester, Julie Garcia (Manual) of Kingmen, Arizona and Henry Hank Harris (Denise) of Crossville, Tennessee; and his siblings, Gary Tyo of Portsmouth and Bonnie Rough (Allen) of Rochester.
