He is survived by: his wife Bettie Jean Neal; his children, Cedrick Neal of Chipley, Timothy Taylor of Beeville, TX, Salandra Taylor of Chipley and Pamela Shackelford (Gregory) of Chipley; and his brother Dwight Neal (Vera) of Marianna. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
