With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Cheryl Lynn Bell of Chipley, Florida, born in Whiteville, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Cheryl left this world on November 3, 2025 at the age of 81, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rickard Stone and Marguerite Bornaman; her husband George E. Bell; and her brother Jerome Stone. She is survived by: her children, Rose Tate (Chuck) and Charles Samuel Bell; her grandchildren, Dalton Bell, Lane Kyser, Trenten Kyser and Randy Tate (Mandy); and her great grandchildren, Hayden Bell and Sawyer Tate.

In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial donations to Emerald Coast Hospice of Washington County in memory of Cheryl Bell.
