We announce the death of Cindy Watkins of Chipley, Florida, who passed away on October 20, 2026, at the age of 65. Cindy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Propst and Shirley Sanders Propst; and her siblings, David Propst, Eddie Propst and Theresa Tetter.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Watkins; her children, Kim Natale (Larry) and Kreischer Jr. (Hope); her siblings, Eddith Getz and Joey Propst; her sister-in-law Sandra Weeks (Johnny); and her grandchildren, Tyler, Shirley, Braylynn and Bri. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brown Funeral Home (1068 Main St, Chipley, FL 32428). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Brown Funeral Home Chapel in Chipley, Florida (912 Brickyard Rd, Chipley, FL 32428). A burial will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at the Wachob Forest Lawn Cemetery (912 Brickyard Rd, Chipley, FL 32428).
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made in Cindy's honor towards her funeral services.
