He was predeceased by: his grandparents, D. C. Finch, Altha Mae Finch and Carson Brown Hammock; and his aunts, Susan Hammock and Gloria Estes.

He is survived by: his parents, Darryl Finch and Joann Hayes (Hammock); his grandmother Effie Jane Finch; his brother Bradley Finch; his stepsiblings, Jeremy Hayes and Jennifer Renfro; and his aunts and uncles, Ray Hammock, Gary Finch (Holley), Johnny Finch, Marsha Hayes (Dennis) and Margaret Riley (Eddie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
