She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cowgill and Margaret Cowgill; and her sister Janice McGovern. She is survived by: her husband Luckett Collins Sr.; her children, Luckett Collins Jr., Windy Padgett (Ty) and Lee Collins; her grandchildren, Austin Padgett (Blayre), Juliann Padgett, Kourtney Collins and Karlea Collins; her great grandchild Mary Collins Padgett; and her sisters, Caroline McWhorter (Larry) and Debbie K. Raulston. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Chipley Chipley, FL (1300 South Blvd, Chipley, FL 32428). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Chipley, FL. (1300 South Blvd, Chipley, FL 32428). A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at the Wachob Forest Lawn Cemetery (912 Brickyard Rd, Chipley, FL 32428).
