She is survived by: her husband Luckett Collins Sr.; her children, Luckett Collins Jr., Windy Padgett (Ty) and Lee Collins; her grandchildren, Austin Padgett (Blayre), Juliann Padgett, Kourtney Collins and Karlea Collins; her great grandchild Mary Collins Padgett; and her sisters, Caroline McWhorter (Larry) and Debbie K. Raulston. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
