He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Richardson and Wilma Richardson; his sister Randi Richardson; and his nephew Joshua Shadrick. He is survived by: his wife Nita Bush of Southport, Florida; his son Billy Milford (Marjorie) of Youngstown, Florida; his stepchildren, Carla Riley (Nilsson) of Southport, Katrina Dick of Springfield and Michael Tharpe (Casey) of Southport, Florida; his siblings, Dell Richardson of Southport, Tal Richardson of Southport, Florida, Angela Bennett of North Carolina and Connie Shadrick (Leon) of Southport, Florida; his grandchildren, James Milford, Cara Milford, Hailey Branham and Kylee Branham; and his great grandchildren, Aubree, Lee, Grayson, Sawyer and Timber.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dove Church. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
