Todd IV of Chipley, Cody Todd of Carrollton, Timothy Carroll (Tosha) of Warrenville and Tricia Rosales; his siblings, David Todd of Carrollton, Georgia and Sherry Mitchell; and his niece Joni Cox of Bowdon, Georgia. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
