He was predeceased by: his mother Gracie Francis Bishop; his wife Christine Joiner Dunlap; his father Jack Dunlap; his siblings, Fred Hill (Ruby), Newton Bishop and Betty Dunlap Melgoza (Ish); his granddaughter Kady Dunlap; his parents-in-law, Odis and Esther Joiner; his brother Doyle; and his sisters-in-law, Lennie Joiner and Madelyn Joiner.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Branch (Robert) of Port St and Jackie Dunlap of Lynn Haven, Florida; his grandchildren, Candace Branch Catron (Mark), Evan Branch (Jessica Eyer) and Amy Dunlap; and his sister-in-law Sue Bishop.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sapp Church (2207 Sapp Rd, Cottondale, FL 32431). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
