He was predeceased by: his parents, Quincy Pippin and Civie Pippin (Dilmore); his sons, Anthony Pippin and Phillip Pippin; and his sister Carolyn Hayes.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Pippin of Chipley, Florida; his daughter Diana Hughes (Micky) of Enterprise, Alabama; his grandson Michael Hughes of Chelsea, Alabama; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Conner and Grayson.
