He is survived by: his wife Athena Fears of Chipley; his son Jonathan Lee Fears of Chipley; his sister Julie Conway (Sammy) of Crawfordville; his nephews, John Fears Jr. (Joleen) of Chipley and Joshua Conway (Samantha) of Coco Beach; his niece Emily Ann Smith of Chipley; his great-nephews, John Carl Fears (Mallory) of Chipley and Jackson Fears of Chipley; his sister-in-law Emily Fears of Chipley; and his son Terry Lee Fears.
