He is survived by: his father Gerald "Jerry" Welch; his children, Cody Welch, Kylee Kuczma and Matthew Kuczma; his siblings, Kellie Smith (Chuck) and Thomas "Wesley" Welch (Amy Hough); his niece Linley Smith; his nephews, Anderson Smith and Conlen Smith; and his close friend Nikki Brown. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kent Forest Lawn Funeral Home (2403 Harrison Ave, Panama City, FL 32405).
